When i went Cancun it was all free 24/7 the hotel i stayed in owwned 5 others on the island so we could eat there and drink there free too. As soon as you would finish your drink they would bring you another one didnt even need to tell them what you wanted. Barbeques at the poolside,a freezer stocked with ice lollies near the pool,mini bars in the hotel rooms . Like i said best holiday even had a jacuzzi in my room. The hotel also had 4 restaurants. I'd imagine the rave continues solidly until tourist season wraps up (mid-to-end October). bex Posted December 4, 2008 Report Share Posted December 4, 2008 if you want to experience real mexican culture, etc. i wouldn't go to cancun/cabo.. it's way too touristycouple years ago we hired a car and drove from las vegas all the way through northern mexico & baja california, it was beautiful man.. nothing like the resorts i've visited. and the food in the cities we visited was 10x better/more authentic than what we got in cancun.
