Not his replacement...Heskey aint sh*t, his goal scoring record is decent.Wigan are a team that don't score many goals, he was sick for the scum first season, second season they were woeful and he still managed an ok record, sick for Liverpool until they put him left wing, sick for Leicester.He won't be the most potent but I'm sure he'll up the goal scoring ratios of Milner, Ash and Gabby.We're 'replacing' Harewood (who has only ever made one league start) with him. And lol @ Harewood being more effective than Heskey. Just look at their careers.Has Heskey ever scored 14 league goals in the prem?Genuine question.Yeah, 2001-2002 season. 14 league goals 22 in all compsAnd he hasnt had a better goal scoring season since then. Half that if he's lucky. Plus he sees Gabby as the 20 goal man and Owen probably wouldnt compliment him that well.Heskey will come in and fit in right away, and hopefully keep us ticking over...------Anyway, I'm not gonna argue it anymore. But I wonder if the people laughing now were the same ones laughign when we signed Sidwell, NRC, Milner, Ashley, Knight, Marlon etc.I am still laughing that you gave us £12 Million for Reo Mediocre and Marlene.Both have been shite for you.
