He was offered a fight in the UFC a little while ago at short notice, but declined, should have a bright future ahead of him..

Who was he offered, also which event was that?

the Mitrione vs Kongo match is gonna be a interesting one, everytime i make a prediction for it, i talk my way into thinking otherwise, Mitrione has more ways to win tho, Kongo's dangerous though.

Nelson Vs Cro Cop is another one, both fighters need wins tbh,

the other two on the main card i'm not to clued up on,

hope Brandon Vera looks good in the pre-lims,

hoping stripper Ramsey gets the win,

And what does Dennis siver need to cement his place as a main card guy, always like his fights.

Haven't been this excited for a match in ages. I really can't pick a winner for the life of me. If its anything like that first round between Diego v Guida, I'm gonna die.

Mitrione vs Kongo - I think it will be a let down. Everyone is hoping for a KO or a crazy brawl, I think it will be a fence clinching display. Kongo by decision.

Nelson vs CroCop - Nelson by decision also. Crocop is close to retiring, he said this could be his last fight. Nelson has a disgusting chin, he will not be out of there before 3 rounds.

Jorgenson vs Curran - Curran's first fight back in the organization since UFC 46. Jorgenson is too good for the veteran though, 3rd round TKO.

Hioki vs Roop - Hioki finally here, defo one of the best featherweights in the world. He will be trying to take Roop down and tap him out, but not underestimating Roop's punching power, he did knock out Chan Sung Jung. Hioki is heavy favourite, but I can see Roop causing an upset.

Siver vs Cerrone - Isn't on main card, doesn't mean they dont care about that fight. It was scheduled to be on Spike, so they cant put it on the main card if injuries occur, must be in the contract. Also, on Spike, it will be viewed by more people than the PPV, so its a good thing (for the American viewing public). Cerrone has this one, Siver has a good strking game but Cerrone is very well rounded. 2nd round submission is my bet.

Cerrone has also said he wants to fight Nam Phan next @ 145lbs, after Nam's comments about Garcia and their coaches. Not sure if Dana/Joe Silva will let that fight go through.

Stripper Ramsey I think he is losing again, hopefully not though, guy is hilarious.

Cerrone just fucked up Siver, great striking showing. Caught Siver a bunch of times, wobbling him all over the cage. Took his back and choked him out first round. Puts his name in the 155lbs title contention traffic jam.

Nick fucking Diaz, oh my god. GSP is SHOOOOOOK. I'm too hyped up, won me some money on Diaz, what a guy.

BJ said he's "done" in the post fight interview, don't think hes serious though. His face was so so fucked, haven't seen him looking that bad, not even in the 2nd GSP fight.

Apparently GSP has begged Dana for Nick Diaz, unlucky Condit. Looks like he will have to fight again. I'd like to see a rematch with Ellenberger.

UFC 138 tomorrow. Good starting time for us, no need to stay up at graveyard hours.

Chris Leben vs Mark Munoz - First non title 5 round fight. We all know what to expect from Leben, he will come out the gate throwing bombs. The way the fight goes is really up to Munoz. He was rocked by Maia during their bout, if he allows Leben to get off a similar punch, it will be a short night for him. Munoz will surely decide to imploy his elite wrestling, Leben isn't known for his takedown defence. I got Leben by Knockout, or if Munoz plays it "smart" he will win by decision.

Pickett vs Barao - Barao is favourite, he has a pretty impressive record, but hasn't fought the calibre Pickett has. Going with Pickett to win by decision, his experience will be Barao's downfall.

Alves vs Abedi - Thiago Alves needs a win desperately, been half the fighter he was before the GSP fight. Don't know too much about the other dude. Alves missed weight for the 3rd time, that will defo play negatively in the fight. He will gas out by the 2nd.

Etim vs Faaloloto - Etim all day. First round sub.

Cyrille Diabate, Che Mills, Omigawa and Broughton on the card.

What do you guys think of the card? Loads of people complaining about the lack of star power, I think there are some very interesting fights on the bill.

Suprised Barao is favourite. Reckon Pickett will win by UD easily,

Main event won't go pass 2 rounds maybe even 1. Could go either way.

Quite a interesting card, it's a good one to get people into the sport based on the start time, but we could do with a bit more star power.

I agree, not much star power but some interesting fights. I'm especially interested to see Thiago Alves against this new guy Abedi. Why doesn't Alves just go back to middleweight since he keeps struggling to make welterweight
