Skola Posted August 16, 2010 Report Share Posted August 16, 2010 I feel like sh*t.Had to meet up with my ex breifly to get some last belongings and she triggered some strange feelings...Havent shaken this feeling all day.Ive been thinking about this and its simple: I still miss her...I am still me, she is still she, the person, face, personality, that I fell in love with. Basically we spoke on the phone the other day (calling to ask if I was ok after the crazyguywithknife incident) and I remembered I had some things to get back from her. She lives very close so I agreed to meet her at a pub beside her flat. On the phone I noticed it didnt...hurt...to talk to her like it once did, I even wanted to make conversation/find out how things are going. I managed to bite my tounge during the call, but when we met up we got chatting - I geniunely was interested to hear how her dad, sister, brothers, career, band etc were going and she was likewise (I was having a drink in the bar and she asked if I wanted company)......I wont bore you with more of the details of the conversation.We spoke for about an hour and, I really enjoyed it, we actually had a laugh (?), but I felt sh*t immediately after. Im trying to make sense of this and Im thinking something like, we got on well because there are less feelings there and, that reminded me of what I/we used to have?I dont love her, or want her, but I definately miss what we had.I didnt say anything moist to her, which was Im sure the best thing to do, saved that stuff for you guys. I still miss having a girl and want to be content being single before I start seeing someone else. "My own life plus girl" not "my life with girl" if you get me. Wasnt head strong starting my last relationship, fell deep for that girl FAST. Thats dangerous and not to be repeated.Workin on the links too. Dont want to be her friend, I dont think.
