How often do u excerise?

i need to start hitting the gym, for the summer, mans been looking stocky since xmas!cant find the motivation though, i hit gym maybe 4 days , then i cant be f*cked and might only go twice the following week, then im lucky if i can be f*cked to go one or twice a monthdont even know why except im LAZYim thinking of starting to exericse at home also do u man watch what you eat/dieti have NEVER in my life but now im getting older im thinking i need to

summer time i will be on the excercise and controlling the diet.during the year i find it difficult to find the amount of time i want for excercise, and balancing a healthy diet is just as hard to do if your lifestyle prevents it...i think its just about developing good habits while you can, then as u move with life its easier to reinforce them rather then try to create them at awkward times.

yer see i use uni work and exams as a excuse at the mobut then once ive finished my last examill tell myself ill hit the gym but then i loose focusi swear i need a personal trainerlike that guy from Rocky
self motivation is absolutely necessary.Set yourself goals,
more time ill go, having set myself a target of how many hours per week i wanna spend in the gymthen over do it tryner get fit quick, over the space of lets say a week then wake up with my muscles and everything achingand then gradually thinking allow it and then doing nothing all summer but going out drinking and smoking also if i have a job my brain thinks "allow it"pffft

Not as much as i should even though we have a sort of gym room at home.I would do much more if i were to go to a gym.
woah!I was doing 4 times a week, legs, shoulders, back, chest, but i've added an arms day coz they're starting too small and out of proportion

If you do bench press, how much are u currently lifting?I tend to work on my arms the least....need to set a day also

atm 5x5 with 2 34kg dumbells- i can do a fair amount more with a barbell but i'm shook to push myself too much without someone to spot me.

probably good idea to get a gym partner to regularly spot u....at least it will enable u to push even more weightI can bench 120kg by myself...but anything over that...i will get sum1 to spot me

yeah, i do need to, although it's a bit easier with dumbells
