Giles Deacon Posted July 31, 2009 Report Share Posted July 31, 2009 I've never tried dermitalogica....was using this facewash from The Organic Pharmacy any one heard of it?It is the MIRICALE cure of facewashes seriously.and then I went to David Lloyd and droped the glass bottle in the shower :(went online to buy somemore...and the sites telling me its near £200 for the wash, exfoliator toner and moisturiser and eye cream....that can't be right can it???Only looked at the screen quickly so mighta seen it wrong but now I'm wishing Id have been more careful with it Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Not that it worked because they didnt show up anyway but there u go. I need a better camera!! Or yea maybe if i swatch on my fingertips it will show better on the camera, less space for flash to bounce off.---------------------------Giles if your into good skin care try dermalogica, its kind of expensive too but not as expensive as what you mentioned. Alot of salons will do a Dermlogica facial for you and let you know what will work best an then you can choose if you want to buy any of it. I'm not sure whether I like that it's a moisturizer.Is it creamy? Does it have that 'mineralize' effect i.e. shine?Sorry, I won't be heading near a store anytime soon so would rather make the purchase online, hence the many question. Haven't been using mac foundation for MONTHS now and the stuff I own has now clumped up! Most of my ones use Mac or Benefit so I can't even head into another brand without some mass reccomendation. KayGee Posted September 15, 2009 Author Report Share Posted September 15, 2009 This stuff comes out pretty thick id say about the same as studio fix but it is very creamy, i would always advise moisturising first even though its a 'tinted moisturiser'. On freshly moisturised skin i can say it gives a very nice glow and it does even out skin tone without looking like foundation. If you have oily skin and didnt want to moisturise first it will dry to a slightly matte finish.The coverage is very light but enough and it works well mixed with other foundations i.e. studio fix for if you want more coverage without the heaviness.As a ref for colours im an NC37 and i got medium dark.
