thats not a burqa; its a headscarf. This is a burqa. There is a big difference between covering your hair and covering your whole body apart from a little slit to see through. Burqas remove all sense of identity from a person to the point where you cant even see what they f*ck*ng look like. On top of that all the inconvenience and unpracticalities of wearing a burqa. Thats why you cant compare them.

A. Nuns' attire doesn't cover their faceB. The key difference is that nuns choose to wear the habit as part of a life of dedication to God etc., whereas the implication with the burqa is that women are made to wear it + it (apparently, i'm not sure) has no religious significance and is merely a means of controlling females

It is a pisstake that any government should tell anyone what to wear.Only problem with this post is saying it is religious belief, when infact it is just cultural.Though, I think no one should ban this burqa, the hijab is cool, don't see anything wrong with it.
