Dusted  the  old  workout set bench, curls in the backyard..

Feels convenient getting up in the morning and hitting the sets.

Triceps & biceps have improved in the last few weeks.

+1

I dream of the day I can work out in my own pad with the sun blaring.

Second

Hurts the traps too much otherwise.

Insanity going well. Still getting stronger in the gym which I'm surprised by. My mate just come out of prison and he's enormous although he admits to banging the roids. The temptation to jump on the bandwagon is strong

same thing happened to me when I couldn't train due to my eye.

All you have to do is eat enough food to meet your calorie maintenance, that will allow you to keep at your current weight

Make sure you're eating nutrionally well though

Had an operation and they forbid me to hit the gym for 4 weeks. I swear the weight is just falling off me ffs, I'm eating right what else can I do? Is it safe to drink shakes without working out?

I wouldn't worry about it mate, like Heero said just hit you're maintenance calories and you should be fine. Shakes are also alright if you struggle get to all your protein from food.

Strangely enough if you've been going hard for a while the 4 weeks off might do your body some good and you might even come back stronger.
