Better than incline barbell?
through my experiences yes, incline bb does absolutely nothing for my chest, just ends up giving me a shoulder workout.incline smith/incline db>>>>>

I do DB and Smith for incline, I seem to feel it more on the smith. I bring it right down to my chest and only push it up a little way, not fully extendthrough my experiences yes, incline bb does absolutely nothing for my chest, just ends up giving me a shoulder workout.incline smith/incline db>>>>>

Just had my first sub 90 weigh in since like April. f*ck*ng pissed. The weekend was a reeeeeally bad eating time and I guess it caught up with me. I'll probably weigh in heavier tomorrow but I'm PISSED right now!
Dont worry, December ppl always put on weightIve been slacking this month, only really going gym to keep strength up not pushing myself, just making sure im not getting weaker, 2 more weeks or bulking for me, clothes are feeling tight and i dont like it :D

LAWL! By March I WILL be 95KG+. I have to be. Went today. Pumped hard. Feeling good. The days worked out OK in the end coz I can take Christmas as a rest day and get back in for Boxing Day.I'm just gonna have to start taking the food that I take to work with me at weekends when I'm staying at friends' places etc. Coz this not eating till I get home at 2pm is what's really f*ck*ng me up. Can't believe I weighed in sub 90.
