right.. IT starts!!!... last tub of ice cream done and dusted, and a friend sent me this video today.V good advice and tips from pro bodybuilder dorian yates.so good that the 15minute video pretty much answers at least 90% of the questions asked here or you may wonder about from time to time. i will post in a few popular threads so as many as possible can go check it out.

my skipping tekkers r f*ck*ng swag.any tips from the boxing dons? does music help?
nahjust keep practisingi dunno how far you are with it - are you still having to jump up and down on both feet? if so, try just using your right leg for a few skips, then back to your left, then you just work on changing them quicker

yh i can only do few on one leg b4 i trip on the thing tbh. getting better every time tho

make sure the rope is the right length as wellif you keep tripping when your rhythym isn't even off then it might be too short/long

trying this routine now, did chest today, maybe i didn't go heavy enough on the working set but i didn't feel THAT worked out.

been smashing gym all weekcan someone give me a good tutorial vid for deads, every1 seems to do them different, obvs i dont wanna f*ck up my back as the weight gets biggerwas doin 90 on dl's on monday n my back has been kinda sore since im looking to avoid this againalso i need an effective bis workout my arms are long n sh*t my trisa r ok but not my bis

yh i have a really gud 1 u will have to bare with me while i upload it tho./standing curls with different grips, preachers, seated incline curls, hammers will all work.u'll have to experiment a bit to see what ur biceps like best.my fave is curls using a tricep bar, which have a neutral grip, hits the brachialis nicelyolympic_tricep_bar_b.jpgmy bi's seem to like 5 sets of 10, doing drop sets if i have to, gives me that good pump like my arm wants to pop.also incorporate chins/pullups into ur routine if u havent already.

seated-incline-db-curl1.jpg=incline curls/woteva u can do with good form full rom for 10+ reps.i always do biceps at the end when ive finished my main workout so im usually pretty spent, i tend to start with 45kg loaded on the tricep bar and drop down as low as i have to get my 5 sets of 10 in. dont be afraid to go light, ur looking for a good movement./i'll post that DL vid in a sec.

where can i cop some bands? like the 1s he used doin simple 6
http://www.pullum-sports.co.uk/accessories/resistance-bands/pullum-resistance-bands-19-inch/prod_623.htmli think mini or super mini bands are the most useful. i recommend copping 2 minis, u can use em to stretch, u can set them up with ur bench to work on ur lockout strength (two mini bands wud be equivalent to about 5kg on the bar when its at ur chest and about 30kg at lockout) u can use them for assisted pullups if ur having trouble getting ur required reps, they also make pretty good catapults and deliver a good sting if u have an unruly woman that needs punishing./ c/s split squats being f*ckery, used to do them at the end on max-effort squat day, stairs were a challenge.
