^^disgusting

By not cooking your meat properly you are increasing the chance of cathing e.coli and campylobacter(along with possibly salmonella but that may just be poultry) thats why its cooked to KILL all these bacteria so its eat able.

f*ck eating that sh*t rare is disgusting and why get infected with a bacteria when you could just be NORMAL and cook it

Freaks

tbh this is actually incorrect

as long as red meat is sealed on the outside the chances of any kind of microbial infection is negligible. it is only white meats that you must throughly cook

that said i cant do it, i never order red meat at posh restaurants because when you tell the waiter you want it well done they always look at you like you shot their best friend, PLUS I actually really cannot stand red meat. especially beef.

lol lahi i dont mean to rain on your parade - the love is still there

but id rather tell people that they are barbarians for eating raw meat than tell them its going to kill them when they can easily find out that it won't!

red meat only has bacteria on the surface if it is fresh, the only red meat that should be cooked thoroughly is minced - common sense should tell you why

poultry can carry the salmonella bacterium inside the flesh

that is the science of the matter

my personal preference differs.

gonna hit up a medium rare, i always imagined that it would be like well-done steak but much more chewy, so i never tried it

are there any restaurants where you're allowed to partake in the slaughtering of the cow before they cook the meat? probably not in this country, maybe rural texas? get at me

recently had an urge to go hunting with a combat knife

i've tried a tiny bit of medium steak at gaucho before. not gonna lie it literally melted in my mouth, the less cooked it is the more tender.

Kill two three cows and ask for a glass milk.
