Skenghis Khan
nah thats defo lench logic, use a pan ffs cast iron ridged griddle pan is all u'll ever need for steaks no its not. whether u want to use the gforeman is a matter of preference dont care wot u say but the logic of readding the juice is basic cooking principle. if u dont understand that i cant take wot u say about food seriously mate u said u use a foreman open and then pour the juices back on. so essentially ur using ur foreman like a griddle pan except its not as good cos it wont get up to the same temperatures as a cast iron pan. when u cook a steak the idea is to preheat the pan to such an extent that you seal in the juices and you wont be losing anything in the pan anyway.. / lens i use a cast iron pan to fry eggs sometimes, obv not a ridged one. u always need oil tho. steak with a fried egg on top is a portuguese dish, bitoque.
