I hate the fact that you attempt to ride my d*ck at every opportunity possible. My "mates" aren't trying to break the UK music industry. Last time they submitted a song to UK radio was Cheerio all the way back in 2005... Oh and last time I checked my mates was on Rocafella, Dipset, and been around the world.Oh and I know a lot about UK music distribution, maybe because I do it everyday...

The reason he has been signed is cos he has managed 100,000 mixtapes sales in 2years, record labels are businesses and these figures show giggs is good for business
100,000 x £2.50 = £250,000Lets take away some expenses, lets call them £50,000Which leaves 200k, now does Giggs really look like a 200k up nigga to you?100,000 mixtapes sold = Gas Mark 7.
guys probably has a nice whipplus the sn1 shopand money networking with pl in americainvestment in next mixtape/album+live PAs..he might be in the black
the mixtapes are actually £5and giggs has definitely made at least 200,000k, but most likely that went str8 back in2 the music, which is why he dusnt look like a " 200k up nigga to you ".wen u think about logically 100,000 is not gas mark 7as i have said, he sold 20,000 copies of walk in the park and that was after 3mnths, its been another 9 mnths since thenplus hollow meets blade, walk in the park, another quick 1, who said dat, are all street smashs hits. 200% they have all moved way over 20,000 copies aswell
So your telling me you think he made £500k? Does he pay for beats? Artwork? No I know these for facts. So his costs in selling CDs are Recording - Studio time & maybe a engineerPhysical - Which for Walk In The Park the distributor would have paid for and then recoup before they pay, so then the mixtapes which is just pressing up covers (lets say £300 for 10k) and CDRs. All in all your product is costing less than a 50p per unit (Well it better).Promotion - Videos, Giggs has 2 videos that he paid for and one of them I know was shorts. So if you think he invested 100k back in music, smh. Whats scary is by your reckoning he made £500k. Infact why am I even debating...Lt me just say if you sell 20k CDs in 3 months from release date, 6 months down the link your be lucky to have moved another 10k. Very lucky. Infact with the marketing budget these man have, your be a genius.Lol at 20k people BUYING Another Quick One.
shud have made myself clearer tbh, i meant all his mixtapes combined have easy moved more than 20,000 units/basically ure a giggs h8er and are coming with these irrelevant statistics, when all i initially said is that he has moved 100,000 cdsno point us speculating the exact figure he has generated, cos really and truly we no1 on vip2 knowswith all ure alleged expertise on the industry i would have thought, that it would be pretty easy 2 recognize the value of som1 who moves 100,000 with no support, which is all i initially saidfinallyhihater.jpg

u have stated incorrectly tho walk in the park costs 7.99 acording 2 itunesand all giggs mixtapes are minimum 4.99 http://www.ukrecordshop.com/search.php?mod...arch&page=1
No I haven't, you just havent thought properly. I'm saying £2.50 cos if you sell something for £8, you dont get the full £8. The retailers have to eat. The distributors have to eat. Your the last person in the food chain.
nt wen ure independent

I don't like Ndubz or any of this sh*t thats charting but I agree with Brisco about Dappy, he definitely has a talent for writing infectious hooks.
Was it Brisco who said specifically "writing infectious hooks"? Just wondering
this was f*ckin neeky allow it.
For you to think I was being serious says a lot about how neeky both of you are.Take sh*t too seriouslyAnd lol @ TF seemingly always finding something of mine to quote thats supposedly incorrect before making his initial point. Am I the gateway or something?

Fam I work distributing indie artists, I've seen pratically EVERY distribution contract that ALL of the indie distribution companies in this country issue.I could breakdown dealer prices, percentage splits, racking at retail, digital distribution, etc in my sleep (and I probably do)Plus £2.50 per sale is WAY better than a major artist, trust me.

I made the Flo-Rida MIMS comparsion cos they are both light skin niggers, who had no real previous (altho at least we can find a bunch of MIMS mixtapes before the mainstream), and only deliver pop singles, debut albums sold around the same (despite Flo-Rida's costing WAY more to produce) and I cant even put it down to age cos MIMS is younger, yet Flo-Rida got more commercial hang time.My point is Sway delivers the same commercial records as Stryder. So the product as far as the gatekeepers to the mainstream world are concerned all sounds the same. Then when you look at the statue of the features which trust me they do...Lemar & Akon >>>>>>> Amelle & Taio Cruz
Names may be bigger but both songs were sh*t. Who was the Lemar song for? Lemar fans are generally older white females who were boyband fans and have no interest in rap, especially someone who looks like Sway. The people who bought Tinchy song have no interest in Lemar. The Akon song was sh*t, point blank, end of, no debate.Tinchy > Sway by a long shot. Tinchy has got a sound with Fraser T Smith, Sway has f*ck all. No comparison whatsoever based on quality of singlesLol @ Lemar > Taio Cruz as well. To the fans who buy Tinchy/pop music? And this Lemar yeah? The one who's album flopped and is currently having an identity crisis?

That's funny, the last time I checked, your mates were unsigned and washed up.Maybe you should check again, cause I'm pretty sure they're not on Rocafella or Dipset now.

Didn't they say something like they were making moves in Africa in the last Youtube interview?
PMSL if they did.Only moves they'll be making over there is e-mail scams. More lucrative than their music, I suppose.

No they said they was looking to go Nigeria and all of Africa this winter, to check out the scene out there and what they can do over there, but as of yet haven't found the right person/people/company to bring them out there. So in the meantime as it stands they are going on tour with Nipsey Hussle and Twista this winter instead.

I wouldn't class "hanging around in Dipset/Rocafella's shadows" and "never releasing any albums" as achievements, but obviously we differ there.
