On the sliding scale of horror villians you've got Jason macheteting peoples boats before Luca Toney knew what a mulatto was, Krueger being a deviant, ending lives mid wet-dream if he so pleased, Myers with the eerie mask and stalking/stabbing family members. Then the weirdo killers like Leatherface and his motley crue of degenerates or Pinhead. Chuckie... is basically to those guys what Freekazoid is to Spawn or The Punisher, send out yout for guys like The Riddler or Penguin , dunno who came up with the idea of a dark and edgy cabbage patch kid. Would standardly distract him with a piss action Baby Born and just punt the sh*t out of him.
