tbh the best of the flat racing is over and i'm gunna just wait for the jumps..this is the point where a lot of the decent horses are stepped in grade + tired but still at decent odds because of there win at the same course & distance last time out..then you back them and they finish close to last... gunna give it a rest on the horses till the jumps and focus on football.

this been my first season following the flat racing, trying to squeeze evry drop out of it,but i guess its mostly dregs now in terms of races and big yards running their third and fourth string horses. and i'll go back to football and nfl/nba when they start . disappointed that treasure beach and nathaniel arent running in the st leger that would have been nice. but yes, the flat season has been the perfect solution to the sportless summer for me and i look forward to it all kicking off a gain next year. as for the jump season i dont know much about that apart from the bait grand national, gold cup, denman ap mccoy stuff , i dont know if ill get into it as much as the flat, we shall see.

The flat is far from over, we've still got the culmination two year old races to come, also some of next seasons best prospects are yet to be unleashed, the Breeders Cup meeting is when the flat well and truly ends. I kind of distance myself from the Jumps season in comparison to the flat, but i still do get involved, also you can't beat the Cheltenham Festival.

From when people are spending upwards of £80 on bets,

and aint issuing any bringings to wherever they'r working, thats some real snakey behaviour boy,

i was on a pretty decent wage before redundancy and still wouldnt of dreamt about putting on them ammounts there, I'm certain my mum wouldve broken my neck had i spunked £80 away on bets

disclaimer, I'm not talking about those definite sure thing bets.

lol Know what your saying. I burned £115 on the betting last weekend I won't be doing that again. 20-30 at a Weekend Max and I'm avoiding Horses again.

made this mistake when i first started betting, lost £50 and decided to chase it... ended up losing 2 bills and i didn't even have a job so that money was gone and not coming back anytime soon...now when i'm betting on either horses or football i'll literally spend half a day looking at every single possible option to make a decent win and go with the most likely E.G in horses i'll look through every single race & every horse,,weigh up what i think are the winners then do some research on them to see how consistant they are and how much weight they've lose etc and in football i'll look through the "both to score" etc markets and decide which conbinations to choose for the highest chance of a win...

it can be a lot of work but at the end of the day im in this for extra PROFIT money and i can safety say in the last year iv made a lot of profit interms of how little iv deposited onto the site.

When I bet on the Horses I always go on sporting life and check out who won that particular race the previous year. Their age, weight and rating and then back one that comes in the same or similar. It's not a bad way and can be successful at times. But on a whole I am sh*t with the Horses, too much outta touch compared to when I followd then back in the day.

tbh people can gass all they want about this and that but when it comes down to it unless you know what to look for in the paddock at the track (which i don't) when you can go look at the horses then it's mainly luck, especially the horses that are decent prices.. much prefer to put a tenner on a 4-6 fold football bet at 4/1 then i would ANY 4/1 horse no matter how much of a 'cert' people claim it is lol

a lot of my wins i have to give credit to william hill radio..when you got king kenny at the paddocks before the races saying which horses look good and which don't.
