spain doesn't work fairly tho... (have a OVERALL tv pool and the higher you finish the more you get, like the prem)
in spain, each club just negotiates there own tv deals, which is why barca and real basically have a monopoly and everyone else are even poorer)

The league is trouble when you only Real/Barca/Malaga/Atletico have bigger budgets than Sunderland.
