tried tell the guys in HR im not coming work today *from yesterday*, hes like why... i said im sick...he said yeh but whats wrong with you, i said i dont have to disclose whats wrong with me, im ill and im telling you in advance im not coming to work.
Then i was speaking called him brother just the way i speak, man tried to hot me up on the phone "im not your brother, dont call me brother" i said...dont tell me how to speak ...tried to act up "refer to me as controller" i said..."brother i told u im sick im not coming, im telling u in advance to get someoe else to cover my shift" tried to tell me im telling him too early? like i dont know how i feel...told me to cal back when i finish my shift yesterday at 10...i didnt call him back, he called my mobile u kna when im on the train home saying why didnt you call. Told him my signal will prob cut out and i was gonna leave it till the morning but i already told you anyhow. The whole brother thing came up, tried to act dumb again, told man to f*ck off my line.
Aint fired. They will probably give me a disciplinary....if they fire me ill just take legal action. I can take whatever day i want off. They have me on a 0 hour contract i dont have to work, they tried send me anext contract which is basically some bump but i never signed it, therefore they cant tell me anything.
The way this guy thought he was the guy on the phone though. Im tryna make sh*t simple for him and hes going on like its a concern of his? hes not my boss he shoulda just kept it moving
