ok its steak timethe steak master is in the building pplleft it to stand for 30minsseasoned w garlic, sea salt, black pepper and olive oil1min each side for 7 mins, high heat, medium rareleave to stand for 5 minsserve w a simple salad of rocket & spinache garnished in balsamic vinegar, fresh lemon juice and black pepperaccompany said meal with cold bottle of heineken and wash down with large gin and tonic w slice of lime

I COOKED IT FOR 6 MINS, 1 MIN EACH SIDE. ANY LONGER GRAFTER AND IT WOULD BE OVERCOOKED FOR MY TASTE. INFACT IT WAS SLIGHTLY OVERCOOKED ANYWAY... NO CARBS BECAUSE I AM BOXING IN 4 WEEKS AND I HAVE TO MAKE WEIGHT. PLUS A GOOD STEAK LIKE THAT DOES NOT NEAD MUCH, THE FLAVOUR IS IN THE MEAT AS IT WAS HUNG FOR 21 DAYS.ALSO, SMH AT ANY MAN THAT IS NEGGING ANOTHER MAN FOR EATING STEAK

did have slightly rare steak at one place even though I made sure I told the guy clearly that it should be well done.didnt really enjoy it tbh, I was just thinkin the whole time there better not be any bloodwas OK though, bt Im used to well done meat. no red whatsoever
