A baby sees something happening, someone being unkind to the other and someone being nice, and it already shows signs of siding with the nice one, before it can even talk Who is 'giving' that law? It's almost like a chemical reaction that makes our brains work a certain way You don't need a God to dictate right from wrong, we're advanced enough as a species to decide this for ourselves. I'm born with a heart and lungs, as are all mammals on this planet, but I don't believe I was given these by God, so why should other psychological concepts like morality, love, hatred etc be designated that way? The human brain is an exceptionally complex organ, and extremely susceptible to hallucination and delusion, because we are the only species on earth that is truly conscious of its own existence. I find the notion that morality is dictated by a higher power ludicrous, especially when set examples of this 'morality' are by my personal standards abhorrent. I asked you if your morals are subjective based on opinion and social norms. you said no its built into our psyche, which implies that its objective and begs the question, where did these morals come from and why?
