I dunno, would be a new angle for Mad Men to take, tbh its never been a show that I've felt the need to read into or theorise on.

I doubt its true, though it is possible, more of that Sopranos like stuff coming through.

I thought the same when I first read it, especially the link between Lanes coloured tie and shit but this season has certainly been going in a strange direction and death has been a clear theme from the opening scene in ep1, MLK etc
