that could be because some of the AI are blind...and go by sound rather than visual

 

Yh shouldn't have used the word blind for the non-infected

 

I mean the 'hunters', normal ppl

 

I'm seeing guys walking over dead bodies of comrades and not clocking

 

Or taking 3 seconds to clock the player pointing the gun at them, and generally those characters lack agression and can be killed too easily with Arrows etc

Nah, hard is a genuine challenge. There have been sections were I've died like 15 times and had to take out 4 clickers with just a shiv and a plank. It took me ages to figure out I only get 1 stealth kill per shiv. I was screaming at the game thinking the grab function was too buggy.

 

All in all this game is a once a gen classic.

I did mine 3 times. First time it lasted about 4-6 months, same the second time then 3rd didn't last long and finally stopped working for good.

 

Not even played this game yet. Is it as epic as it looked and was spoken of?

 

A cousin told me it's "Alright" and like a "watered down Resident Evil" Couldn't help but find that as blasphemy to it from what I have seen lol.

That was an absolute MASTERPIECE. Was like playing a movie, seamless cut scenes with gameplay. I'm putting that down as the best/Fav PS3 game just ahead of Metal Gear Solid 4 and COD4.

Completed this game over the weekend. Wanted to get it out the way before GTA V.

 

What an amazing game, you felt an emotional connection to the characters unlike i have felt for any game before. Truly an amazing experience.

Them kinda games are the best. Always wished GTA had some kinda emotional attachment to it, would make the story very lively but you never give a fuck who dies on GTA. San Andreas tried it but even then nobody cared. Shenmue was the master of all that, I still miss my daily strolls through Dobuita.
