Casino Royale, Quantum of Solace & Skyfall are in my top 20 all time fave list of movies....

 

Enjoyed them the most. IMO....D Craig has been the best bond thus far

 

Prefer those to the other Bond movies, which are full of cheesy one liners and slapstick humour

I think Daniel Craig is the better actor but the Pierce Brosnan movies had more to them. Or it could be I was more entertained at that age.

Casino Royal was very good. Quantum suffered from having to live up to Casino Royal though, and Skyfalll was just overly complicated.

 

If you actually go back through the story of Skyfall, the thing they were originally after at the start of the film, Doesn't even get mentioned again

IMO bond should always be someone of slim build.. Someone who uses skill and wit over strength & muscle.. Someone that blends in and doesn't look like he's capable of much until the action kicks off

Without doubt, saw Locke the other day which is over an hour of just Hardy in a car and loved it.

But I just can't see him as Bond, couldn't put a name instead of his in the lining though tbh..

That's the thing with Bond, they never choose a bait actor. Everyone thought Clive Owen was a shoe in and then it turned out to be Daniel Craig, who does work the character because the role has changed. It will probably go the same way when Daniel leaves, the character will go in a new direction.

I like Idris, but i feel what Lens is saying when it comes to him in films.

 

Haven't seen Mandela so I can't comment on that, but alot of roles he's played could've been done by anybody else and he wouldn't have been missed.

Elba has been disappointing in most films. Although I liked him in Mandela.

Butler is a maybe. He has some swag but most of the time i feel to smack the tv when he is on. Can't explain it.

Hardy I think would be the best one.

idris seems a bit heavy/hefty (not in a fat way)

 

if u seen him run in luther and other shows he needs to lean up a bit and be more agile then maybe he could be a bond

 

(they probably would take him to a brit school etiquette class as well )
