i dont understand the without a spotter talk.i cant think of any exercises you actually need a spotter for.the only thing thats remotely dangerous is bench and then all u need to do is pickup some dumbells.squats the rack is ur spotter and anything else you really dont need 1.

What about when I wanna bench with a bar? Plus, consider even a barbell bicep curl. A large proportion of the work is done when lowering the bar... Without a spotter I might not be able to finish off my last set because I can't get it past my elbows. With a spotter I can get it past my elbows and lower it myself. That's extra right there.

i workout as hard as i can, until my arms feel like jelly and i can barely carry myselfthe only problem with me is sometimes i get lazy and dnt do workout on the planned day, if i dnt do it in the morning then i KNO that im not doin it later in the day, this is a drawback of home gyming.

true, as long as you're lifting quite heavy. you should be able to lift one or two on your own for your last set, or reduce the weight tbh

Train hard I think, after seeing the results that spurs me on even more. I normally do my routine and then do some more to max it out or do some exercises to failure.
