He also invites you in for tea. He has long white hair with a bald head and wears rags.But if not go to Padstow in Cornwall in may where they have the May Day Festival where the Obby Oss, towncriers, etc come out, then soon after they have black day, everyone blacks up for the day to celebrate the "chimney sweep" I think, but councillers want to ban it because they say it's racist.
