WTFStill even bothering to chase the game when your down to 10 men? Obviously Gerrard is world class talent etc, but Benitez has always faced criticism from EVERYONE because THEY dont like how he uses Gerrard on the right or behind the striker, claiming his best position is centrally. Its a loss obviously any team who had Gerrard in it would miss him, but hopefully we put in some good performances and show we have a different dimension. King Poetic Posted February 5, 2009 Report Share Posted February 5, 2009 It looks like we will be without Gerrard and Lucas for the Portsmouth game, Gerrard and Alonso against Man City, and maybe without Gerrard for Middlesborough and Real Madrid.We should be able to beat Portsmouth on Saturday without him.I would like to see this over the weekend:========Back 5 ===============Alonso====Masch========Kuyt======Yossi========Rieira=========Torres=============Lets just pick up 3 points on Saturday and gain a much needed breather over the international break and FA Cup weekend over valentines.
