Do you deal with any mentally unstable people outta curiosity?My neighbour is a social worker and he used to tell me alot of stories about his patients, he told me one time somebody tried to cut their penis off with a fork and was close to removing it.Does this type of behaviour happens in your sector and good on you for reaching what you wanted to be when u was younger.
