Guest Lisa Turtle Posted August 17, 2009 Report Share Posted August 17, 2009 Dunno why you guys are making it like Bolt is unbeatable.hes not, but the only way he can be beaten by the current best in the world is when he has a terrible start or injury.this is bound to happen. like how marion jones was beaten by that white girl,she wasnt really 'faster' than her..just better prepared for that race.this will defo happen to bolt soon enough. that is the way gay can beat boltI remember that day, was nuts. She was competing for 4 medals that Champs.Like I keep reiterating, until Bolt perfects his craft, he isn't unbeatable. What he did was no mean feat and c/s on the notion that it is Bolt's to lose. But there's a few things we have to remember.He's still young, he's still relatively inexperienced and apart from that small glitch in the Semi's yesterday hasn't really had any set backs in his metoric rise to 'the top'If Gay was 100% fit that he wouldn't have been able to pull that far away at 60 metres. Gay ran a PB and was still slower than Bolt pumping his chest in Beijing! Ok, maybe it isnt a direct comparison but you get my point. I would go as far as saying there isnt a damn thing wrong with his groin. He took 6 hundredths off his previous PB. Plus, Gay isnt getting any younger so this could have been his last chance.
