Calm, how much do you weigh?

What's your TDEE?

Weighing in 213lbs ryt now but I'm 6'0

My tdee is probably around 3500-3800 kcal my metabolism is a madness proper frustrating sometimes

U compete or just interested jn BBing?

If you're serious about gaining lean muscle then I really recommend this supplement. Three weeks into bulking and I've put on 5lbs of lean muscle, really impressed to say I'm a classic hard gainer. Need to make sure you're diet is on point for get the best results.
