Why are guys taking full blown shits in changing room toilets?! Knowing full well the changing room is already small and you are consuming tonnes of protein, why on earth would you do it?! Changing room stinks of egg or dead bodies man. If you need to take a sh*t, go home and return on a different day to do your work outs. Gets me so angry.

going everyday now for as long as possible gnna up the cardio this weekend as well

body is fully paining

but its my own fault had too many 1/2 day weeks so far this year

Ive seen them for around £25 on amazon, still not worth it?

My main problem is when I try forcing myself onto a strict diet, I often find that is where it goes completely wrong, as I'll do it for a short while then I cave in and go silly eating all sorts of sh*t.

However im guessing the only way Im really gonna lose that last bit is by being strict on the diet aint it?

try something called CLA by USN, found that worked better for me. Try improving one part of ur diet at a time if ur finding going straight into something strict didnt work.

anyone found doing shoulder presses ends up giving your back a bit of a workout too? i need to correct my form a bit but i'm not sure what i'm doing wrong, obviously as i'm getting to failure i'm letting my lats take some of the strain but how i've managed it i have no idea lol

just started gym again after 8 monthes off

starting to bulk.... is this a good enough diet?

wake up - protien shake with oats and peanut butter on a slice of wholemeal bread

morning snack - pack of 200G chicken

afternoon - cooked chicken with brown rice / 2 tins of tuna with brown rice

GYM

afternoon snack - protien shake and handfull of cashew nuts

dinner - chicken / fish with brown rice or sweet potato

snack - protien shake with oats

is that too much or not enough.... or about right?

i weigh 11.5 stone and im 5ft 11

also i burn about 1200 calories 5 days a week on my job walking so should i still do 15-20min cardio each gym session?

safee for any feedback!

I'm doing this warm up before every workout. I feel great and hopefully no need to see a massage therapist/chiropractor anytime soon.

learnt alot from that bulk vid, thanks for that

i need to do that sort of warm up because atm i just to afew arm and leg warm ups that take me a min and prob anit doing much!
