Yeah it's not sustainable but got me closer to the point I wanna be quicker than doing anything else would.

If getting wedged was my original objective I would ask that guy, but my overall long term goal is to cut down and get trim

Annoyed that I drank last night. Takes around 3 days for the alcohol to fully leave your system. I work out partly for the aesthetics and to look good on nights out, at the same time I know it will be counter productive to my fitness goals if I drink.

Urgh had one of them weak days in the gym. not even sore Smh

Does being sore have to be the measuring stone of a good workout? I'm getting stronger and recovering quicker using the progressive overload method. Hardly even feel sore and I'm making all kinds of gainsssssssss.

What diet you on?

I'm so pissed off im just going to refuse to eat anymore dont care if i get ill i'd rather be thin cause you can always bulk up a little.

Literally going to punish myself

Haven't been to the gym since november, been doing the planche workout along with a few dumbbell exercises as well. I'd recommend giving the planche workout a go to anybody, I can't do the full planche yet but I'm making progress.

Physique is just as tight, just need to get fully back on top of my eating schedule.

Had a nice back and biceps session today. Tomorrow morning is Spartan 300 abs workout on the morning then Wednesday is chest and triceps. Definitely feel that my triceps are getting stronger but after doing chest I can never push as hard as when I do them later in the week.
