Im serious at cooking, everytime i cook something it tastes better then last time i.e. barbecue chicken caserole with the barbecue sauce as the gravey and basmati rice, or curry goat and rice when the curry goat is real soft and that nice gravey with it, not to think but not to runny with onions, sliced up carrots, garlic ect to give it that noice taste.. Got couple of books i reffer to as guidelines then i improvise from there, also sometimes go onto youtube to see how to cook something..

just made the perfect riceit usually just clumps up into some huge piecebt was told to leave it on a low heat for 15 mins or so once most of the water has gonetastes much nicer than the crap i was makin before

Yeh and dont stir it to tuffinfactCooking perfect riceN/HC/S the freestyling while cooking aswell

gonna do a honeyglazed tuna steak soongot my soygot my honeygot my tunebut i need a f*ck*ng grill as the uni ovens dont seem to have one(electric cookers btw)
just cook it in a pan and keep basting it with the glaze.

tbh, my cooking game is tight, on the freestyle or just varying recipes i see online etcfinishing move:Smoked haddock,soaked in fresh lemon juiceadd some garlic & onion, sprinkle black pepperwrap in foilwith some roast vegetables/DARNCE

Do you guys follow recipes or do you make it up as you go along?I made a delicious Jamie Oliver chicken and grape stew thing the other week. It was banging.
i do bothif its something new i get on the internets and get the recipe/i tried making roti the other day, went ok, jus a bit dry

did some jerk chicken legs from scratch otherday....they were beautiful.
/i put a scotch bonnet instead of green chillis in my punjabi lamb curry... it wasnt on the levels, made it too hot.
