lmao, ok with a full english aswell its has to be beans, but most of the time its spagetti (for the record i prefer the lines not the hoops)

i dont often eat meals that require spagetti or beans anyway, other than nights like tonight where i was lazy and did chicken kievs,potato croquettes and spagetti lines (or whatever u call them)

but its usually a breakfast lunch typa thing where u have differnt kinds of lil bits and bibds to eat

i didnt make it

it was ready made i jus steamed it then threw in the veg for the last few mins

nice cheap and easy

I always say I wanna get something different when I go there but always end up with chicken chow mein and chips or special fried rice and duck in yellow bean sauce.

Will definately try something new tomorrow.

jus sum green veg that mainly consists of water so it takes on flavour of stuff nicely

boil it steam it stirfry it what ever

home made chicken burger *its not burnt before u say anything.. i marinaded it in honey, this bbq seasoning, worcester sauce and a lil bit of soy sauce and tomato sauce*

mushroom rice *added chicken stock to the rice whilst boiling.. only half a cube... full cube would make it too salty*
