Dont understand this forum at times like these one minute we always talk about rioting and we are pussys compared to France etc but when we do riot it is wrong even though it was very small amount of violence being highlighted by TORIE SUPPORTING NEWSPAPERS nobody see the correlation there? Just because a few anarchists and fundamentalists show up and cause caos why should the name and image of students suffer? Also lol @ the next protest if police do go in heavy handed like say some of them wont be facing unemployment and joining in the protests in a few years with the police cuts but then again seeing as most of them are too empty headed to even go uniAlso if the riots had been peaceful how many people would be talking about it still, this would be a page topic with 9 replies from thun and justin And by raising the fees now to 6-9000 when will it end? Whats wrong with putting it up to 12000 or 15000 thats nothing to what a grad earns in a life timeAs a result less poor will go uni because they cant afford to or there families are put of by the prices which will lead to more crime its a vicious circleCameron talking about less students more entrepreneurs but where is the funding for this coming from?Amazing still in 2010 the people who make laws are not affected by them so much for democracy
Dude, is this a diss to me? I agreed with the rioting. Only thing I thought was f*cked was the ting that got thrown off the building. Allow using me as an example.

like, throwing a fire extinguiser would seem fun when u think about it, for like 2 secsi really dont know what he was doingforget the police for a minute, that could have hit one of his fellow protestors, it could have smashed n sent shrapnel flyin into peoplethere gonna make an example out of this one

Would have been funny if he sprayed it for a few seconds,
Exactly. If you're holding a fire extinguisher wanting to cause some kind of action in any scene the normal thing to cross ANY persons mind would be to spray the damn thing. Come like those dudes in comedy films missing a few brain cells who find themselves surrounded by goons in a life or death situation and decide to chuck the gun they're holding at the people instead of using it.

So the next big student protest is planned for the 24th November a lot more unis are coming down to london this time as no one wants to miss it. As well as that Uni's up and down the country will be holding direct action protests.Don't see what the police will do as being seen as being too heavy handed could lead to even more unrest.
