I know EXACTLY what you're talking about. I used to get it below my right ear.Mentioned it to my GP - ages ago I cant remember what he said - but it wasnt anything bad / serious / that needed treatment.It came and went for a while and one day just stopped. Its kinda still there compared to the left side but I never notice it.
