Overlooked Gaming Gems

Recommended Posts

Rekindled my love for some PS1/2 games recently

But yeah this thread, we post classic/overlooked games that people may not have played

Shaolin PS1

  • 6 different story modes accommodating a particular fighting style
  • Up to like 8 characters fighting on screen at a time
  • Extensive move lists
  • Solid RPG story and gameplay
  • This game was a find in the used section of GAME when I was a kid
  • It was absolutely EPIC
  • For the standards of the PS1 I think it was ahead of it's time by light years
  • That vid doesnt even do the game justice

Spartan: Total Warrior PS2

  • Woy
  • Some God of War style game
  • Sick boss battles
  • Bare guys flying about on screen
  • Kept me entertained for ages
  • Never completed it though
  • Got to the final boss then lent the game out to my boy lol

Pandemonium was f*ck*ng difficult

it was like sonic the way they would run so fast and the fact you just had one life and the checkpoint system was so sh*t made it sooo long to finish
