He's 23 now. He's been very good in the new 3-5-2 system. Be interesting to see if we stick with that when Vlaar is back fit (it was suspected we only switched to that from a 4 to get the extra central body for the inexperienced ones).

 

I think he's finally getting settled now (been shifted all over different positions before, these last 16 games being his first solid run of games at centre back).
