Chelsea had a need in midfield, which Matic is equipped to solve.

Lets be honest most kids from abroad would jump at the chance to get paid nicely and possibly play for chelsea. Despite their lack of opportunities there will always be a young player who thinks its worth the gamble/has self belief. Doubt its gona change
