Dont like hair, so I am regular user of Veet for my chest and pits. Fail to see how looking after yourself from being hairy and being more hygienic is an issue TBH

firstly the whole "i shave my armpits to get rid of the smell" thing is bullshit from the start, because there is no reason anybody should have stinking armpits in this day and age. washing properly in the morning, then putting on anti-perpirant means you will not sweat or stink. i can put anti-perspirant on, run 3 miles, and my armpits will be the only place not sweating.secondly, it takes hours for sweat to take on an unpleasant smell. the smell of sweat is actually the smell of stale sweat. so as before, unless you don't wash your body/clothes regularly there's no reason why you should be walking around stinking of bo because it takes a long time for the sweat on your body to become obnoxious.thirdly, as skola noted, shaving your armpits just means the sweat drips into your clothes and would start to go stale and smell the same way it would in your hair./your armpits aren't the only place you sweat from, so if you eat some curry diet then you're gonna sweat and smell from other places

Shave your pits to eliminate bacteria colonies living on your arm pit hair . You will still sweat as much as ever but it wont smell as bad . It will itch as the hair starts to grow back but wont last but a few days . you only need to shave when your deoderant stops being effective . For me its once a year at most
