i was just about to drop that.every man talking about positioning and being "uncomfortable" on the ball and them ones.that will come with time and experience. you dont just magically appear the finished article at 19.

Fiorentina coach Vincenzo Montella admits Micah Richards is on the outer.
 
Richards is on a season-long loan from Manchester City.
 
“He is more of a full-back in a four-man defence and when he arrived, in my view, his fitness levels weren’t up to scratch to sustain that role,” said Montella.
 
“Then we changed tactical system to 3-5-2 and compared to the others he is less prepared for this approach.
 
“He needs to work on it and be open to learning, which he is, but we must remember all decisions are made for the good of the team overall.
 
“He is certainly a player more suited to a four-man defence than three, in my view.”

id take micah richards in my team tbh better than walker.

Yedlin needs to toughen up and adapt to prem this season..he seems a bit wreck with challenges as well

Like him, but don't fancy him at centre-half tbh.

 

Never have done. I remember arguing about this on the FM games in 2007 or whatever.

 

Sherwood's system gives the full-backs real freedom going forward. Richards excelled for City in that role a few years back when they won the title. Best right back in the division that year.
