Nah last one looked like any MS Word font tbh, the new one has a bit of creative flare to it

there is nothing distinctive about that 'logo', it looks current but in 1-2 years time it will look dated.That Art Deco font used in the first logo looks like an MS Word font? give over.

I'll tell you what it reminded me of

We went for the new logo because it is a lot more video friendly and we can play with it alot more than the other one.We also felt that the original logo looked to 'corporate'.We're still deciding whether to fully drop the logo that will be finally decided when the new site design drops.

I don't see how this is more video friendly?The first one you had was much classier, this one looks like it was done by a student who does a media related course but doesn't have branding experience.Before you make the change see how they both work on different media, ie business stationery, tees, on screen etc and I think your opinion will change/Esquilax the Art Deco looking logo looks has a permanent look of class about it. The brush stroke with the text on top will age very quickly.
