Yh it's true, he did tweet that, how much concrete info there is behind it I dunno, I.e he just mightve been getting asked a number if times what his oppinion on the transfer saga is and he just gave his views,

Also Fergies apparently told the Norway supporters association that Inter don't wanna sell so....

Also in regards to the USA tour, Fergies said he was close to taking Pogba on the tour, considering at the moment we've only got 17 outfield players right now, it would've been a decent move.

finished 4-1

Kiko 2, Owen, Park

Young was kinda meh, showed us what hes gonna bring to the table, put in some good crosses and took ALL OUR CORNERS, but still wasnt quite up to scratch but thats whats pre seasons for i guess

Lingegard was f*ck*ng shouting hes head off all game, very very good kicker, still tryna make a claim for the number 1 spot?

Twins were very impressive, great energy and runs for the whole game

Fergie said Anderson had returned overweight (again) but has since cut down. He also looked good but did look big, expecting big things seeing as its hes first pre season with the club since he has joined

Kiko looked hungry and lol at hes half mob italian accent with hes english

sounds like that loan spell did wonders for him then

good performance all round, but still doubts over our central midfield options

Ando looked good on the ball, made some quality passes but conditioning wise he's shocking  don't know how/why he lets himself go like that

Kiko looked great when he came on too, quality finisher and people often forget that he's only 19 years old - hoping for big things this season

Owen (as much as it pains me) was played alright too, dont know how its gonna work next season with Welbz and Kiko back though, someone is bound to be let go?

good shout on Lingegard Young Money; i thought exactly the same thing, hopefully he gets a chance to prove himself

just a theory...

but i reckon one of either Phil Jones or Chris Smalling will be the new John O'Shea - our utility man

so SAF will most probs sign 1 central midfielder and promote one of the 'kids' as a back up option for Carrick, Fletch, Ando and Giggs

:(

Jones will probably be used as a Utility man,

Macheda has a habit of looking sharp in pre-season. Our strike options are abit stacked,

Owen is a good assest but should've been f*cked off, in favour of one of the young guys, with the other going back out on loan somewhere in the league,

Then we've got Josh King to worry about if he has a good season on loan.

Considering Owen only made 2 league starts last season, chances for Macheda and Welbeck will be tough, one if not both will have to go out on loan again sadly, surely, 4 strikers will be tough enough to deal with,

Macheda realised how tough it was, thought the grass mightve been greener and hed be given more chances, and it didnt really go well, (not his own fault in fairness)

think he'd prefer to play reserve football for the season with the odd appearence of the bench he has got age on his side.

The best and worst thing for him was scoring that goal against Villa. Shot the expectation up on him ridiculously, don't really think he was ready to be thrown into the first mix like he was after that moment.

Should have been managed the way Wellbeck has.

Guest M12 Part 2

He's far too good for reserves but not good enough for first team. He has to go out on loan or bide his time and play super sub.

Diouf?

I don't think the guy has much chance, he'll be the easiest to get rid or send on loan again along with Welbeck,

But again I gotta agree, if Welbeck could go of to Everton or even Subderland again for 1 more season could be good for him.

Agree fully with the Macheda thing aswell, send him out somewhere close to home to keep a close eye on him and so he can get games in this league.

"They won't go on loan again," SAF on Cleverley & Welbeck.

On the surface, I think this is a good news, but on the other hand it also tells us that either Macheda will have to go out on loan again and even then that'll leave us with 5 strikers.

Cleverly staying is what's expected, hope he can take his chance. Hopefully this Sneijder/buying a midfielder situation gets sorted quickly or I reckon we may get the "I'm happy with what I've got speech" I.e meaning we went for this player and this player couldn't get either but now we've realised we didn't want them in the first place.
