Right, I need another meal. I'm bumping up my number of meals a day from 2-3 (dodgy sleeping pattern and work schedule) to 5-6.At the moment I'm gonna have reddy brek in the morning, a cold meat and cheese sandwich, then lunch (usually left overs from the night before's dinner), then cold tuna sweetcorn pasta, then dinner. I want to add one more meal to that. No carbs coz it will be the last thing I eat and quite late so not too big. I will be making it myself to please don't make it too expensive or complicated. I'm thinking something boiled egg related. Any suggestions?

This diet seems like what I need to get onto.Do you find yourself getting hungry at all throughout the day at all?

Not doing that anymore coz my working hours changed but no, I don't. Not even hungry when it comes to mealtimes coz they're so frequent.I'm changing it to breakfast (cereal because that's all I can stomach first thing now), then SOMETHING coz I always get realy hungry about 2 hours later, then a sandwich for lunch, then tuna pasta and sweetcorn, then gym, shake and dinner and then bed. What can I have for the SOMETHING bearing in mind I'm at work at that point and it needs to last me a few hours without puttin me to sleep. Might make it brown pasta in the tuna pasta (so I don't get sleepy) and move it to the morning and then have someting small after lunch. But what!?
