slash heard u got turfed at westend Q. unlk

Should still be in instalments.

Lol, never fam! The person who was organising was flopping, so hit Runway on Tottenham Crt Road instead.

Cheers peeps.

And well done to everyone else.

Officially got my diploma in law, places next to the degree *fist pumps*

now to take a break from the education sh*t.

Props

Whats the next step?

Next step, is placement or something. Think, I'ma be in Nigeria for a while come October.

Then next year, do LPC or BPTC. The latter is my preference, but no matter what they say, it is still unbelievably elitist.

AH

**Gets demotivated again**

Law just seems like a lot of years of work to get into a highly competitive industry which seems so predigest still

Its more prejudice at the Bar then in a solicitors office. You just have to make the right connections, do a lot of pro bono, get a lot of legal experience and kiss arse.

You thinking of doing law then?

Nar I decided against doing it couple years ago

Saw a statistic the other day that Law has the least people employed within 6 months after they got their degree

Only 17%

Which made me feel glad I went against it was just wondering how someone who actually done it found it

Whatever you Freshers do - don't mess up like I did

1st day of uni life, parents drove me up north, met my new flatmates.

Put my key in the door and it wouldn't lock but the door was open anyway so I unpacked my sh*t and got the room looking how I wanted it

(you can see where this is going right...)

The new flatmates say they're going for a drink and I roll with, still can't lock my door but my folks are like "don't worry go enjoy yourself we'll sort it out"

I'm in the student bar round the corner mingling, getting my face about making new friends and whatnot...then my dad rolls in...

"Son, you're in the wrong flat"

Had to leave the SU, take my sh*t up 2 flights of stairs. Then go back to face the music
