I don't really see much changing between this year and last year despite me moving in with friends. Just shifting the circle a bit.

Still tryna motivate people to go to proper music nights and most likely failing. One live rap show with 4/5 artists got turned down "I don't know any of the artists", just suggested one big night that says "garage, dancehall and bashment" and I get a "I dunno man" response - like how often do clubs round here even play bashment? Pff. People just aren't about it here.

swear u been saying the same shit since '09 brah

change the fucking record lad

my flatmates are fucking dead out. actually deading my uni experience, and my course mates aint saying much neither, fuck it, looks like ill just stick to beating chicks and doing my thing.

dun kno brudda

dont chat to any of the niggas at my uni

apart from my darg who i knew b4

your wasting your time with this kinda attitude.

Go and join the acs/football team/uni gym or just anything where you can meet new people. Your uni life will be dead if your circle doesnt expand. If your boy drops out/fails/gets a girl you will end up with a shit uni life.

If you go to most unis you should be able to find people you can relate to on some level.

This guy always talks sense

But anyways i'm having the same problems, cause i don't live in the halls i'm also finding it hard meeting new people, i think it would have been better if i came with a few people from my college that i talked to, but at the moment its just me and a couple neeks i don't speak too. I'm not even sure if i'll sign up to the ACS, cause to me it feels like i'll be limiting myself all over again, true say i came uni to meet people from different backgrounds, and right now i'm trying to make friends with white people from rich backgrounds lol.

These times when i have breaks, i just wander around the uni or go yard.

HISTORY A USELESS DEGREE?

u niggas are lost

a degree in history opens many doors and shows you are capable of many skills which i care not to list. google is ur friend

Lol i do History myself, but i regret doing it tbh, should have done something like engineering. I remember in secondary school we used to laugh at people doing btech and thought it was for only dumb people, these times my friend who we used to cuss about being dumb who is now doing computer engineering will probably end up with better jobs than us

do you man know how many guys in top law firms initially did history and then converted to law?

I have had my plan set for a long-time now

I'm already on personal terms with my MP, who is obviously going to know many of lawyers

already spoken to her about helping me find a placement this summer and she's currently looking for me

so hopefully that all goes well, make some connects, show my hunger etc

then get a minimum 2:1, after which i will find a sponsor

do a law conversion

then the world is my oyster

not bad for a tr0LL eh?

What can you do from history itself? or is it just a coonversion point for law?
