got flashed last night by a traffic light camera, i already have 3 points for goin 38 in a a 30 zone, i think i was doing round about 35 last night and am sure it flashed my car it was an empty manchester road at 3am in the mornin so people are bound 2 go a little over the limit, but i no another 3 points means am banned and have to do it all over again but is there anyway i can appeal or get the points took off??

yeh some work some dont1st time i got caught it was by a sneaky copper hiding with a scanning gun he clocked me doin 38mph stil yet to pay the fine its gone up 2 90 now lol

round here none of them actualy have a camera in we went thru them all doin like 70 on crossers ballied up awhile ago only one flashed when u drive thru look into the little box in and u can see if theres a lense or not

a guy at my work got away with a warning a few months ago stil his gf was insured on his car stil at she said it was her driving and the let her off wid a warning :S

technically my license was meant to revoked cos of this. The court sent me my license bk bt the dvla said i need to hand it in. Lol at doing that. I been stoppd bt so far they havent said anything..will catch up with me eventually.

I was flashed in my first week of having a license doing close to 45 on an empty road, but got no letter/fine.The 6 point thing is automatic, you cant appeal.

Yeah I got a family friend who's a driving instructor for bsmhe got some one else to take the 3 points for me for a few bills. Otherwise I would got banned straight up.If I was you, thats what I would do.But BANG BANG next month off the 2 year probahtion gang
