Afroman
Just about to/well GOT a new job. Junior IT Technician/ Administrator. Went for the interview yday. I was short listed from a 100 to 5 people. Got the call that I have been taken on from the interviewer. I just need to meet the area manager on monday. The thing is I am soo comfortable at my current job at the mo. Its possibly the best job have had in terms of staff & management. and taking the piss (days off and what not). The pay wasn't great but the training opportunity & flexibility was alot. Some happy/sad moment. I don't know how am gonna drop it to them that am duckin' soon. Most of my previous jobs I skank into the personnel office with a grin and drop my resignation letter nicely. This ones gonna be different tho I have got two weeks of the week after the next. So, next week could be my last week working there. I wasn't even job hunting too tuff, just thought I put my CV out there and see what comes to me. This new job should open a few doors from me in the next coming years/months fingers crossed. My current job is one of them jobs you could spend the rest of your life there without clocking. Cuz its too relaxed/ very tolerant. << I know certain man will say 'Damn thats the lick' But you want better things in life, you have to treat certain jobs like a stepping stone. Just hope I get along with the staff at my new place like my present. But cheeez, its been a good year so far. fingers crossedWrapped up by new years resolutions nicely.
