I know people my age married but I'm the first within my original circle of friends to be honest I think I got married quite young 21. I think I only made friends with married people with kids, etc because of like-mindedness.Marriage is important in my opinion, people say it's just a piece of paper but it's more than that it's a declaration of your love to one another as well as deciding to take that step that makes you not just a couple but a family. Also when you are married you tend to work out your problems rather than piss off.Marriage I find, isn't respected much these days, it's been rubbished probably because they have allowed gay and lesbian civil partnerships and all that sh*t and allowed them the same rights. Why? because it is true commitment and like the wife says; as a couple, you can just walk out quicker and easier when the going gets tough.Not only that, but my kids have taken on my name and so has my wife. Therefore, we really a are family unit.My kids will look up to us and acknowledge that we done things the right way and this will hopefully inspire them both to do the same. I see it as a melange of family/ideals/wealth/impact and all this has to start from, is a strong foundation set by man & wife.So everything set up by man & wife has to be ON POINT.That means we talkin' about the foundations of marriage which has to be a melange of love, ideals, practicality & PURPOSE. But unfortunately, we haven't been taught about this well enough and alotta folk rely on their idea of 'love' and sh*t. Some people get married for shallow reasons i.e. money, looks, sex etc.Not my problem. Just aslong as the family Kane is strong, we good.
