Then run redsn0w and follow the motions of that (you will need the .IPSW) and it will HACKTIVATE and allow you to enable multitask/wallpaper/batter icon 1st. Once you can use the functions of the phone, like accessing menus and such. Join it to a wireless network. Run CYDIA and it will reorganize 1st. Then run CYDIA again after it's finished reorganizing, and you will get a prompt to upgrade. If not then look at the upgrade/changes tab in CYDIA. Then upgrade. After all the updates to CYDIA and such. Just go to the Manage then Sources and you will repo666.ultrasn0w.com in the list. Click it and you will see ultrasn0w, click that package and install it.
