It does.what I think your implying in the last line is that more cultured people eat with a fork which is true but their eating etiquette is largely based on the etiquette of higher class Europeans from centuries ago. Rice wasn't common cuisine in Europe them times so in my opinion their etiquette isn't best applicable. Scratch all that if that's not what you were implying and explain to me what you do mean.
