Paramedics took him by ambulance to the Royal London Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.An armed man was arrested close to the murder scene trying to escape. Met sources say "The man was scene escaping the scene running along the roadside carrying a large sack.He is in custody at an East London police station, the Metropolitan Police said.
